Introduction

These general terms and conditions apply to all service users who purchase Capago’s products and/or services in order to submit a visa application to Capago’s client which has mandates Capago for this purpose and specially for the following functions :

• Receiving from the service users their passport/travel document, a completed and signed form and the supporting documents requested to support the visa application;
• Collecting the visa fees associated with the visa application;
• Registering biometric data, if applicable to the visa application ;
• Submitting the completed, visa applications to the client;
• Retrieving the processed documents from the client and returning them to the service user by mail or in person at the desk in one of the visa application centres.
